Resolution of Indoor Air Quality Problems — The Human Factor.

Recognizing, evaluating, and controlling an environmental source for indoor air quality (IAQ) problems does not always lead to resolution of the problem for building occupants. Investigative techniques including air monitoring, questionnaires, and walk-through surveys may actually enhance the concerns of building occupants when they are not actively involved in the investigation. Feelings of anger, distrust and fear must be anticipated, recognized, evaluated and controlled to effectively resolve IAQ concerns. This workshop presents one technique for evaluating group and individual behavior and demonstrates that the human factor can be objectively evaluated and managed.

This interactive workshop is available for onsite presentation. Please email for details.
